Pricing Disclaimer
Pricing is determined by current service cleaning rates and may change at any time. Gold and Silver packages are designed for all units in your home and do not cover individual units. To upgrade from the Bronze to the Silver package, a whole-home cleaning must first be completed. Payment is required at the time of cleaning and can be made via cash, check, or card. Please note, a card must be placed on file to secure your cleaning appointment.

To Qualify
To retain eligibility, customers are required to have their heat pump installed by Heat Pumps of Maine and ensure annual cleanings are performed exclusively through our services. Our team will take the initiative to contact customers in advance to schedule these cleanings prior to their due date. Please note that failure to comply with the annual cleaning schedule will result in the forfeiture of both the warranty and package benefits. The labor warranty is applicable from the date of the original installation.

The labor warranty does not cover repairs due to:
-Weather damage or other acts of God.
-Wildlife damage.
-Neglect in maintaining equipment (e.g., cleaning filters).
-Repair work not performed by Heat Pumps of Maine.
-Optional accessory repairs (e.g., condensate pumps, rain covers).
